Nikki Gilroy, PT, DPT

Nikki is running for Nominating Committee Member in the 2020 Board Elections. 

Nikki Gilroy is from West Chester, PA. She currently is overseeing over 180 therapy staff members for Penn Medicine Home Heath working with the Director of Rehab with the improvement of practice for the therapy teams. In my other free time I have 3 children who are avid soccer players and Eagle football fans. She enjoys the beach and reading when she has any spare time.

Candidate Statement
I have currently enjoyed the activities and serving the section with the various roles I have had over the last 3-5 years assisting the practice committee task force then also when on this committee. I feel the committee and working with those around the nation on bringing more resources has been a great experience as a clinician and leader in my daytime role. I have gotten to know a lot of current members thru this role and would love to continue bringing talent into the committees as a Nominating Committee member. I would love to assist in this role and hopefully bring potential candidates to the forefront. Since being involved currently I feel I can facilitate and assist in the numerous duties for the Nominating Committee and hopefully improve candidates running as well as awareness to serving in important roles that support the section. There are so many great talented clinicians out there that can be of great support and talent we can bring to our section.
